We have very white carpet in the upstairs area of our house. A couple of weeks ago we ended up with a large spot outside our bathroom from an unidentified spill of some sort (came from our cleaning company). Todd was very honest about what to expect and what the spot could potentially be. We also had a few random spots in other areas (that no one other than myself or my husband would notice) that were treated. Todd did a fantastic job, was incredibly honest, and very friendly. He does all of his own cleaning so you know who will be in your house. I highly recommend Total Carpet Cleaning- we are very pleased with Todd's work.
