COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How Often Should I Clean My Carpets?
While every home is different, most major carpet manufacturers recommend at least once every 12-18 months. Some homes may need cleaning more frequently based on the number of occupants, pets, foot traffic, quality of carpet, frequency of vacuuming. It is better to clean before the carpets become obviously soiled than to wait too long. Maintenance is key to avoiding the high cost of replacement.
How Long Does It Takes To Dry?
On average, freshly cleaned carpets in a residential setting are dry in about half a day. Humidity, air circulation, carpet thickness are involved. Carpets are damp to the touch not soaked. The pad and carpet backing never get wet, only the carpet fibers will need to dry.
Are Your Cleaning Products Safe?
All of the cleaning products Total Carpet Cleaning uses are pet and kid safe. At Total, we will not use any product in your home we would not use in our own home.
